Spearheaded Marine Corps’ largest training exercise in 40+ years, including deploying 10,000+ Marines and Sailors from North Carolina to California. Created and led peer-to-peer personal counselling program.

Forged relationships in Iraq, Afghanistan, and East Africa; elevated professionalism of multinational partners while navigating cross-cultural communications and language challenges.

Served as a Marine Corps “ambassador” to foreign governments (20+ countries), civilian communities, US Congress, academia, and worldwide media.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion
Played key roles in the Sexual Assault Prevention Task Force, the Marine Corps 2025 Force Design Task Force, and Marine Corps Force Integration Task Force.
Organizational Transformation | Performance Optimization
Turned around performance of 17,000-member Marine Division in 18 months, dramatically elevating performance across all business units. Earlier in career, reversed recruiting station from lowest performing to highest in 18 months.
